This role involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological. You will work closely with employers, employees, and other stakeholders to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Case management, including developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing support to clients.">
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to identify and address psychosocial barriers to employment.">
  • Developing and implementing workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.">
  • Providing vocational guidance and support to help clients achieve return to work outcomes.">
  • Assisting clients with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.">

    Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling.">
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).">
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded.">
  • Fabulous communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.">
  • Compassion and kindness, empathy, and well-developed time management skills.">
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive car insurance.">
