About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling tenders and proposals that showcase our organization's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting persuasive and high-quality tender submissions
  • Developing and maintaining a content library, including service descriptions, case studies, response templates, and transition plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather accurate insights and bring proposals to life
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all submissions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience writing and managing end-to-end tender, EOI, or proposal responses
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, compliant, and persuasive submissions for government or enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and evaluation criteria
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate inputs across multiple stakeholders, and work independently
Benefits:

This is a full-time role with standard business hours (Monday to Friday). The position can be based in Victoria, New South Wales, or Queensland, with one day per week expected in the local CBD office. You will report into the APAC Manager – Strategic Proposals and be supported by a high-performing and experienced national team.
