Job Summary

The role of Digital Health Trainer is a critical position within our organization, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs and support to Super Users and End Users.

Key Responsibilities include: Developing and delivering high-quality training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff; Creating and maintaining EMR training materials, including e-learning content and manuals; Providing onsite and post-go-live support for users during EMR implementations and upgrades; Collaborating with Digital Health teams and clinical staff to ensure effective adoption of system changes; Applying adult learning principles to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.

Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Education, Training or related field.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, preferably in Digital Health.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
