Leadership Role in Digital Health

We're seeking an experienced digital health leader to lead the continued delivery and development of the Raising Healthy Minds App.

This is a senior leadership role, working closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, clinical experts, and app developers to ensure the app is safe, impactful, and responsive to the needs of users across Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery, strategy, and performance of the Raising Healthy Minds App
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and reporting
  • Work closely with app developers to optimise functionality, performance, and user experience
  • Ensure the app complies with National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) standards
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, including health professionals, educators, researchers, and advisory committees
About The Position

Your Expertise Required

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Postgraduate qualifications (Master's or PhD) in public health, child mental health, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital health or mental health projects
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and user experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-sector collaboration
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives
