As a seasoned Program Manager, you will lead the continued delivery and development of a cutting-edge mental health app. This innovative tool aims to enhance mental health literacy among parents, carers, and professionals working with children aged 0–12.
About The Role- Lead a passionate team to drive and continuously improve the mental health app.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, clinical experts, and developers to ensure the app is safe, impactful, and responsive to user needs across Australia.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and reporting for the mental health app.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between developers to optimize functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Guarantee compliance with National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health standards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including health professionals, educators, researchers, and advisory committees.
- Postgraduate qualifications in public health, child mental health, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital health or mental health projects.
- Strong understanding of digital product development and user experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-sector collaboration.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
