The role of Digital Health Trainer is a critical position within our organization. As a trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to ensure that our users have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital health applications.
Trainers must possess a sound understanding of current workflows, ensuring they can effectively convey the impact of changes to end-users. A keen interest in learning and training new and existing workflows is essential.
Collaboration with the Digital Health team, clinical staff, and stakeholders is crucial to provide ongoing support and training for users of digital health applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Create and maintain EMR training materials, including e-learning content and manuals.
- Provide onsite and post-go-live support for users during EMR implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with Digital Health teams and clinical staff to ensure effective adoption of system changes.
- Apply adult learning principles to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
