Dynamic Mental Health Leader

We are seeking a Part Time Digital Health Professional to lead the delivery and development of an innovative, evidence-based tool designed to improve mental health literacy among parents, carers, and professionals working with children aged 0–12.

About The Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead a passionate team to deliver and continuously improve the digital mental health solution. You will play a senior leadership role, working closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, clinical experts, and technical specialists to ensure the solution is safe, impactful, and responsive to the needs of users across Australia.

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to shape digital mental health delivery at scale—supporting families and contributing to national mental health outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead the delivery, strategy, and performance of the digital mental health solution.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with technical specialists to optimise functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Ensure the solution complies with National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health (NSQDMH) standards.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, including health professionals, educators, researchers, and advisory committees.
You Will Be Successful If You Have
  • Postgraduate qualifications in public health, child mental health, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital health or mental health projects.
  • A strong understanding of digital product development and user experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-sector collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
