Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SMB Account Executive to join our team. As an SMB Account Executive at Lyrebird Health, you will be responsible for driving growth in the small and medium-sized clinic segment. You'll own the entire sales process, from engaging with individual practitioners to closing deals with clinic managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Collaborating with an inbound SDR, you'll strategise and convert qualified leads into loyal customers, leveraging Lyrebird's value proposition to address their unique needs. You'll work closely with Marketing to align messaging and refine outreach efforts, and with Customer Success to hand over well-prepared clients for ongoing support.

This is a critical role, requiring a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering solutions that make a difference.
