Centre Operations Role



The Centre Operations role at Vicinity Centres is pivotal in delivering exemplary customer service and financial efficiencies. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide high-quality service and accurate financial administration of expenditure and income transactions. This includes activities such as monthly sales collection and estimates, review and matching of invoices, and day-to-day Centre Management requirements.

This role is integral to our success and requires a background in financial administration (accounts receivable and/or payable) and reporting. You will be adept at managing monthly reporting timetables, accounting software, reconciliations, debt management, and process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities



Manage Centre financial administration, including accounts receivable and payable
Contribute to Centre Management, ensuring seamless customer service
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Develop capabilities required to step into the Administration Manager role
