This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Flexhive as an Administrative Officer for Fine Administration and Management.

Salary: $46.27 per hour + super, based on a 7.6 hour day, this equates to approximately $355.00 per day.

About the Role

In this role, you will support administrative and operational functions of the Queensland Revenue Office through the provision of excellent service delivery associated with the processing of camera detected offences and issuing infringements.

You will investigate, review and take appropriate action in dealing with enquiries via various channels ensuring compliance with the administration and management of fines in Queensland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the processing and quality assurance of offences detected by approved photographic detection devices and taking appropriate follow-up action regarding camera and site management, issuing of camera detected offence notices and prosecution case files.
  • Utilising information systems and conducting enquiries to investigate camera detected offence matters and providing recommendations to supervisors on an appropriate course of action.
  • Providing timely, helpful, and supportive client service via effective questioning, negotiation, and conflict management techniques.
  • Adhering to information security procedures to maintain the integrity of computer systems and the confidentiality of client information.
  • A working knowledge of digital and data technology systems.
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation and/or policy or the ability to rapidly require this capability.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret legislation and policies.
  • Familiarity with digital and data technology systems.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
