About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Contracts Administrator to join our team at Huntd Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Sales Agents and Conveyancing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising Sales Agent listings collateral, including market updates and contracts of sale
  • Administration duties, data entry, and database management
  • Liaising with conveyancers, buyers, and sellers regarding contract terms
  • Preparing documentation and correspondence associated with the sale of real property
  • Processing contracts and associated documentation
  • Liaising with internal and external Conveyancing and Legal teams, as well as Sales teams
  • Inputting contract information into relevant Contract Management Systems
  • Reporting from CRM as required
  • Monitoring contract dates, including Subject to Finance, Payment of Deposits, and Settlements

Requirements:

  • Sales Administration experience within Real Estate
  • A current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with people on all levels
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong work ethic
