We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will play a vital role in resolving technical issues and providing expert guidance to customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. You should be able to simplify complex concepts for customers and provide clear, concise guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer, supporting networking or web security products. They will have hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems, such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Azure Active Directory.
- Supporting Multi-Factor Authentication: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve multi-factor authentication issues is essential. This includes hands-on experience with TOTP, SMS, FIDO, U2F, WebAuth, EMAIL, Push MFA, etc.
- Identity and Access Management: Strong knowledge of IAM systems, including Okta, Ping Identity, and Azure Active Directory is required.
- Authentication Protocols and Secure Web Gateway Technologies: Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, LDAP, and secure web gateway technologies is necessary.
- Networking Fundamentals: Experience with DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and traffic routing is essential.
- Cloud Platforms and SaaS Application Integrations: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS application integrations is required.
- Databases: Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, or other database servers is necessary.
A relevant certification, such as Cloudflare Certified Zero Trust Specialist, CISSP, or CCSP, is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
