
Technical Product Support Professional

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and experience with our products.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Functional Responsibilities and Duties:- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers, partners, and resellers.
- Be an expert in at least one ESET product, with a basic knowledge of other products as determined by senior management.
- Document and process customer requests through all communication channels.
- Gather relevant information based on customer requests from higher-level support teams and implemented processes.
- Qualify and escalate undocumented issues to next-level support teams according to defined processes and procedures.
- Perform scheduled callbacks to customers and stakeholders, responding to their requests in accordance with defined procedures.
- Perform enhanced troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain expertise in existing products and their components, as well as tools, processes, and procedures relevant to the team.
- Consult senior management on problems and risks in a timely manner.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
