Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical support professional to provide senior-level assistance to our customers. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, answering customer queries, and maintaining customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated by team members
  • Answer customer queries in an effective and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a desktop analyst or related role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience with Windows 11 build and management via Intune/Autopilot
  • Familiarity with Active Directory user/group administration
  • Knowledge of application deployment through Intune Policies
  • Working experience of security protocols
