Job Summary
Sr. Technical Support Engineer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, troubleshooting and solving customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams, and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Responsibilities:
- Investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborate with internal teams and leverage troubleshooting tools and practices.
- Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles, share knowledge and best practices.
- Develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
- Contribute to Microsoft product improvements by identifying potential product defects and escalating appropriately to resolve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- OR 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
