The RoleAs a Transport Coordinator in our Retail & Consumer business unit, you will play a key role in the operational transition to a new warehouse facility.
You will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing and organizing the transport of customer products to alternate locations.
- Successfully coordinating deliveries to maintain business goals.
- Fostering strong relationships with customers through effective planning and control procedures.
- Managing budgets, expenditure, and financial compliance requirements.
- Maintaining a safe work environment that meets organizational and regional standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated understanding of chain of responsibility and related transport legislation.
- Experience in data analysis and report development.
- Knowledge of contemporary forecasting techniques.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies.
- A C Class Driver's Licence.
