About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team at EML (Employers Mutual Limited) in Adelaide. As part of our National Self Insurance arm, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service and supporting workers and employers through the claims management process.

Job Description

This full-time permanent role offers a unique opportunity for a driven professional to make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a service-oriented approach focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers
  • Ensuring active and timely intervention occurs to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
  • Providing workers compensation advice to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers
  • Assisting the worker and employer with the claim process and providing support in the completion of relevant documents to ensure timely access to required services

You will have a proven track record in workers' compensation claims management and possess:

  • An empathetic and resilient approach to provide customer-centric support
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and generous employee benefits.
