About the Role

As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a caseload of claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies, and achieving optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize claim costs and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.
  • Assess liability and recovery aspects of claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Manage rehabilitation providers and approve rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
  • Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customer wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.

  • Demonstrated experience in workers compensation claims management.
  • An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support.
  • A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
