Senior Case Manager

As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a caseload of claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies, and achieving optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to minimize claim costs and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.
- Assess liability and recovery aspects of claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Manage rehabilitation providers and approve rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
- Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customer wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.
- Demonstrated experience in workers compensation claims management.
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer-centric support.
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Careful consideration to detail with a high concern for accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
