About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our National Self Insurance team based in Adelaide. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing a service-orientated approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders including workers, employers and providers
  • Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and providing support in the completion of relevant documents to ensure timely access to required services to support return to work and injury recovery
  • Pro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers with reasonable claim costs

About You

We are looking for a driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, who is empathetic, resilient, and motivational in their approach to provide customer centric support. You will have a strong stakeholder engagement and management skillset, with a high concern for accuracy and a proactive, positive attitude.
