Service Desk Analyst

Randstad is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
- Manage customer expectations and meet defined SLAs
About You:
- Previous experience in a help desk role in a multisite organization
- Solid technical background in hardware, software, and telecommunications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows, Active Directory, O365, Citrix, and cloud environments
- Basic network fundamentals and user management practices
