  • Provide level 2 support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Apply excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
  • Manage customer expectations and meet defined SLAs

About You:

  • Previous experience in a help desk role in a multisite organization
  • Solid technical background in hardware, software, and telecommunications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Windows, Active Directory, O365, Citrix, and cloud environments
  • Basic network fundamentals and user management practices
