About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Public Sector People. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide enterprise-level customer service, exceeding client expectations through prompt and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
  • Offer a combination of hands-on and remote support to resolve technical issues and deliver IT services across various locations.
  • Handle first-level support for ICT incidents and service requests, utilizing incident management and request fulfillment processes in line with Service Desk objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Team Leader to recommend and facilitate innovation, change, and continuous operational improvement of processes within the Service Desk team.
Requirements
  • Excellent telephone manner and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional technical support and troubleshooting skills, with experience using remote desktop, call centre, and ITSM toolsets.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365, Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Active Directory, Apple iOS, and Android.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Service Desk team, preferably in a public sector or government administration environment.
