Job Title: APAC Business Development Executive/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for identifying and growing business opportunities in the region, working closely with our Head of BD and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive business opportunities in the APAC region, including new customers, products, and partnerships.
  • Establish and guide multi-functional teams to successfully close business deals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and key partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial metrics for the region.
  • Provide suggestions and guidance to senior leadership on product investment initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in the Defence/Government domain, either from inside or outside the industry.
  • Experience in establishing sales channels and customers across the region.
  • Existing network of relevant contacts in the APAC region.
  • Ability to generate and lead client engagements locally and regionally.
  • Strong understanding of the Defence/Military acquisition cycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
