About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to provide essential support during a transition period or as a part-time 0.8 FTE team member in our established organisation in Perth's coastal south.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets, issue levy notices, and monitor financial statements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and attend AGMs, special meetings, and committee meetings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, by-laws, and insurance policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) and other relevant legislation.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange maintenance, repairs, and contractor management for common property.
  • Insurance Renewals: Handle insurance renewals and claims.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Conflict Resolution: Provide professional communication and conflict resolution support.
About You:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in strata, property, or administration roles (strata management experience highly regarded).
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA).
  • Certifications: SCAWA A100 Certification (essential), Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (preferred but not required).
  • Software Skills: Experience using StrataVote, Strata Master, and Strata Connect.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organisational, financial management, and communication skills.
  • Licenses: Current WA Driver's Licence & Police Check.
