Trainee Strata Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Strata Manager to join our team. While previous experience in strata management, real estate, or finance is highly desirable, it's not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of a small strata portfolio

Respond to a high volume of client enquiries via phone and email

Oversee maintenance matters, conduct on-site inspections, and attend client meetings

Prepare budgets and process accounts

Build strong relationships with clients through hands-on service

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Professional presentation and a team-oriented mindset
  • A current driver's licence

The successful candidate will be supported in obtaining relevant industry qualifications.
