Your Key Responsibilities- Greet and register owners and guests, providing personalized attention and support throughout their stay.
- Offer information on local area attractions, helping guests make the most of their time with us.
- Complete all department-related paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize communication equipment effectively, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
- Assist in the tour generation process to ensure prospects meet our tour qualification specifications.
- Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
- Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
- Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within our community.
