Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Buildability Group.
About the Opportunity:
This exciting role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and closing deals. You will work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client handovers and expand our commercial landscape maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial landscape maintenance market
- BUILD strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, developers, and other decision-makers
- Develop customized proposals and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client handovers
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
- MaintAIN and expand existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships
- Achieve sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens (Required)
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance services and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Driver's License
Salary and Benefits:
$100,000 – $120,000 + Super + Vehicle + Bonuses per annum, based on performance and location. Our dynamic company culture and office environment offer a supportive and collaborative workspace.
