We're seeking a seasoned professional as our Director of Sales- Mid Market, APAC to spearhead growth in this key region. Your role will be to lead high-performing sales and business development teams, focusing on new business generation, account expansion, and optimizing market approach. Strategic vision and data-driven leadership are essential to achieving ambitious revenue targets.

As Regional Business Growth Manager, your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth across the mid-market sector in APAC. This involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging industry insights, and market trends to capture new opportunities. You'll be responsible for managing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure seamless execution.

In addition to driving revenue growth, you'll also play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Effective communication and collaboration are vital in this position, as you'll need to work closely with various departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience, including:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in a mid-market or enterprise setting
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
