Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that oversees sales growth strategies for the Australian and New Zealand region. As Chief Sales and Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through effective management of sales teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strategic planning, and team development. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.

This role reports directly to [Management Level] and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in professional services or consulting
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
