Sales and Growth OpportunitiesThe Area Sales Manager plays a crucial operational role, overseeing hearing clinics in the NSW region to meet sales revenue, KPI, and staffing targets. This role is responsible for driving area sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high productivity and exceptional customer experiences. The Area Sales Manager leads their team in collaboration with the region's Associate Sales Director, HR Business Partner, and Retail Excellence Training Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support numerous initiatives that underpin our business strategy including, but not limited to:
- Set area budget and sales targets with the Associate Sales Director and Sales Director.
- Drive sales growth and KPI performance through regular store visits, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies using store visit tools with the Retail Excellence Team.
- Area Sales and KPIs monitoring, implementing corrective actions through Store Visits and other tools in collaboration with Retail Excellence Team.
- Support customer acquisition through local marketing initiatives and in-store CRM processes in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Collaborate with our HR team to create, develop and support talent growth within the region.

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager with a proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators. You will have experience in leading teams across various locations, be proficient in Office tools, and possess excellent communication skills. You will thrive in a dynamic sales environment and be committed to building high-performing teams and fostering growth and development through effective coaching and people leadership.
