Our team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Regional Growth Expert to join us in the APAC region.

About Us

As a Regional Growth Expert, you will drive regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. You'll analyze market trends, implement growth strategies, and collaborate with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

You'll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing profitability in your region.

You'll be reporting directly to the Revenue Manager and working closely with the regional team and HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
  • Cost Optimization: Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional team and HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
