Job Summary

This role involves processing day-to-day invoices and receiving reports in our hotel procurement system to ensure accuracy. You'll be working closely with our Purchasing Manager to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and track received inventory, completing accurate inventory reports and logs.
  • Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure precision.
  • Process invoices using computer programs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist with deliveries and operations within the loading dock, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to lift packages up to 25kgs.
