**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Management Specialist to join our client's team on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on efficiently managing stock allocation, ensuring seamless processing, organization, and availability of inventory in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and allocate stock for inbound containers to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the buying team and warehouse team to facilitate the smooth intake and organization of products.
  • Oversee the accurate distribution of goods into the inventory system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address any stock discrepancies or urgent allocation requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage reallocation as needed to ensure high-demand products are readily available.
  • Assist with reporting on inventory movements, stock forecasts, and any challenges related to stock allocation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in inventory management, stock control, or logistics, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of stock and data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Essential Netsuite experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

**Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus additional benefits.
