Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at IIQAF. As an integral part of our dynamic supply chain process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect products for damage and discrepancies upon arrival, reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system.
  • Store products in designated locations following company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure seamless unloading and placement of goods.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits as required.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in logistics is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization ability.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software or similar systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with team members.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the location.
