About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team as a Luxury Retail Stock Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.

As a Luxury Retail Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the handling of all stock and operational processes in store, working closely with the management team to ensure the highest level of stock integrity is upheld.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

Operations
  • Receiving: Accurately and promptly receive weekly inventory and store supplies, and assist with restock replenishment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the BOH flow for various sales channels (in-store and online), ensuring efficient packaging and delivery.
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Ensure inventory accuracy for sellable and display items, manage internal adjustments and transfers, support inventory counts, and address discrepancies. Document shrinkage causes and implement measures to minimise it.
  • Storage & Organization: Maintain the organisation of the BOH & Offsite Storeroom, including display and sellable inventory, packaging, and supplies.
  • Technology Management: Ensure all technology functions properly and address issues as they arise. Escalate unresolved issues to store management or IT.
Visual Merchandising
  • Analyse Performance Metrics: Collaborate with the Visual Lead to analyse performance metrics and stock levels, and take actions to enhance sales.
  • Maintain Visual Displays: Maintain visual displays and product arrangements daily, report damaged products or tools, and provide feedback on gaps and opportunities.
Sales
  • Contribute to Store KPIs: Contribute to achieving store KPIs as set by the Manager.
  • Operational Systems: Support operational systems and processes to maximize business results.
  • Communication: Ensure consistent communication of operational information between leadership and team members.
Customer Experience
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Deliver a standout customer service experience by fostering relationships through the brand's narrative.
  • Support Sales Roles: Step into a sales role when necessary and support the overall in-store customer experience.
  • Perform Tasks: Perform tasks and assist in maintaining a clean and organised store.
  • Premium Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive their products in a timely and premium fashion.
  • Performance Feedback: Seek feedback from management on your performance, and take advantage of training and development opportunities.

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
