At Canon, we're looking for a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Macquarie Park.

About the Role:

This role is part of our Product Planning department, which ensures continued supply of Canon merchandise, parts, and consumables across Oceania while maintaining optimal inventory levels. You'll oversee procurement, liaison with Canon Inc., and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the right inventory across the region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, minimum 2 years experience in product planning/inventory management, and strong analytical and decision-making abilities. You'll thrive in a deadline-driven environment and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders within a sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain correct stock levels across Oceania
  • Maintain product profiles in ERP systems as required
  • Analyse and forecast demand of CINC and local products based on sales history, stock situation, inventory targets, and place orders per stipulated process
  • Learn and maintain capability within CINC and vendor systems as applicable
  • Minimise backorders and supply ETA for awaiting items to all parties involved
  • Process inventory-related transactions as required

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
