About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Wolfpack Digital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective sales strategies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and Evaluate New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions to meet their goals.
  • Conduct Sales Discussions: Engage in sales discussions with customers to position our company as a leader in the industry and adapt to current market conditions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with our team of strategists, creatives, and builders to craft compelling proposals and deliver high-quality digital products.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in English: Proficiency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving and exceeding targets, with a focus on driving business growth and development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the IT industry is an asset, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
