About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our North America expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations for business expansion and product development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, clients, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in the North American region.
  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, with the ability to lead and encourage a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or a related industry.
