We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AUTOrecruit Pty Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and finance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and finance strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist clients with finance and insurance options for purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure seamless sales and finance processes
  • Manage and analyze sales and finance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role
  • Strong sales and finance skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
