Senior Partnership Director

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the management of high-value customer relationships, structuring agreements to optimise growth and mitigate risk. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Executives, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to drive strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities from evaluation to deal negotiation.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver sustainable growth and value.
  • Lead the design, structuring, and negotiation of high-value commercial contracts.
  • Partner with internal teams to support joint ventures, asset builds, and acquisitions.
  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships as the senior point of contact.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to advance commercial and policy objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in leading and negotiating complex commercial partnerships in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial models, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in commercial modelling and business case development.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with high-performing teams.
