Key Role Overview
The Senior Partner Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient onboarding of enterprise partners at Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
The Senior Partner Success Management team reviews partner requests, aligns eero teams with requirements, and drives cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.
This role works closely with various eero teams to set standards for partner engagement, interpret their needs, and prioritize eero workflows dedicated to partner development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives.
- Anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points.
- Identify and execute revenue-maximizing opportunities for both partners and eero.
- Own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.
- Define and coordinate partners' program requirements, including project management of non-standard partner needs.
- Celebrate customer achievements and milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management or related field.
- 3 years of experience in partnership management or a related field.
