Job Overview

As a Senior Service Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and collaborating with service providers to drive positive outcomes for participants. This position involves supporting the identification, registration, onboarding, and retention of suitable service providers.

You will be responsible for providing high-level advice to internal colleagues and stakeholders on all aspects of service partnerships, fostering innovative practices and contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to various provider partnership projects and activities to enhance the organization's partnership approach.
  • Provide expert advice to internal colleagues and stakeholders on service partnerships, encouraging innovation and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Deliver processes to attract, register, onboard, and retain service providers within the service group, as required by relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Undertake activities to support the strategic monitoring of service providers, informing proactive responses in accordance with organizational frameworks, policies, and procedures.
