As a Senior Service Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and collaborating with service providers to drive positive outcomes for participants. This position involves supporting the identification, registration, onboarding, and retention of suitable service providers.
You will be responsible for providing high-level advice to internal colleagues and stakeholders on all aspects of service partnerships, fostering innovative practices and contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives.
The employing entity for this role is focused on delivering quality services and achieving its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to various provider partnership projects and activities to enhance the organization's partnership approach.
- Provide expert advice to internal colleagues and stakeholders on service partnerships, encouraging innovation and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
- Deliver processes to attract, register, onboard, and retain service providers within the service group, as required by relevant legislation and regulations.
- Undertake activities to support the strategic monitoring of service providers, informing proactive responses in accordance with organizational frameworks, policies, and procedures.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of service provider partnership and monitoring principles and processes.
- Proven ability and expertise in monitoring and managing service providers in accordance with relevant legislative and operational frameworks, policies, procedures.
- Well-developed communication, problem-solving, and advisory skills, with success in negotiating and influencing service provider outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated skills in investigating and sensitively dealing with complex issues and facilitating effective solutions.
