Rewards Strategist

As a Compensation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the reward strategy for our organization. This involves supporting the delivery of compensation advice and projects, including annual remuneration reviews, business hiring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Global Reward, HR, and business leaders to execute strategic priorities throughout the reward cycle. Your expertise in market practices, relevant regulations, and remuneration data will inform your recommendations and guide our approach to compensation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as Human Resources, Business/Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills, evident in compiling, analysing, and interpreting data sets, translating them into actionable insights
- Confidence in written and verbal abilities, including proficiency in MS Office products (namely Excel and PowerPoint)
