
Reward Strategist

Job Overview:
This is a key role within the reward governance team, focusing on the design and implementation of effective reward strategies that align with organizational goals.
- The successful candidate will analyze and benchmark remuneration packages, monitor market trends and best practices, and support the design of reward programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- They will provide research and analysis support to the Head of Reward Governance & Performance, including drafting and reviewing board materials and assisting in the development and delivery of the Annual Remuneration Report and other external disclosures.
- Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to equity plans, in conjunction with various stakeholders.
- Additionally, they will provide data analysis, reporting, and communication support for the annual remuneration review process and other reward activities.
- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as HR, finance, and legal departments, is crucial to ensure alignment and effective communication of remuneration strategies.
- External advisors and consultants will be engaged to benchmark executive remuneration practices and stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in remuneration analysis, preferably within an ASX listed company.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Human Resources (HR) systems and compensation management software experience are advantageous.
- Understanding of equity plan management, Australian remuneration governance, and broader HR policies and processes is essential.
- Opportunity identification for process and system improvements within long-term incentive activities is desired.
