Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bendigo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with participants, support workers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement participant-centered support programs to meet individual needs
  • Maintain effective communication with support coordinators, house supervisors, and other external stakeholders
  • Lead the Support Worker teams to provide responsive care that enables participants to progress toward their goals
  • Report on participant progress and prepare submissions for NDIS plan reviews as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the disability sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Professional administrative and business communication skills, including case noting and report writing
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Client-centered approach with the ability to advocate for Participants and understanding of complex disability and trauma
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy flexible working hours, travel compensation, and access to employee rostering systems.
