Competitive Remuneration Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a salary estimated to be around $60-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Vocational Disability Care Specialist to join our team in North Bendigo. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their daily goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide person-centred support to customers with disabilities, promoting independence and empowerment.
  2. Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised plans that cater to the unique needs of our customers.
  3. Support customers with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and other stakeholders.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if applicable.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
