Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile water infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Veolia procedures.
  • Mentor and develop team members' project management skills, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating resources to deliver project works efficiently.
  • Manage project progress, milestones, risks, schedule, quality, and costs, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing infrastructure projects over $1M.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience working with cutting-edge engineering and technical innovations, with a focus on sustainability and environmental solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging between AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, health and wellness programs, and a supportive team environment.
