The Role

The Customer Service Liaison and Admissions Coordinator plays a crucial role in guiding students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalizing payment.

This includes:

  • Providing advice to prospective students on course offerings, application processes, and requirements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information
  • Consulting with prospective students on recognition of prior learning and encouraging them to undertake a BKI course
  • Triage or resolving student enquiries face-to-face, over the phone, via email, and online, logging all complaints and feedback through appropriate reporting channels
  • Participating in targeted lead follow-up to achieve required course enrollments
  • Contributing to student-related activities, including open and experience days
Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence, and experience in an educational environment.

Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Student Management systems are also essential.
