About UsHealthscope's Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals comprise three rehabilitation facilities across the Melbourne Metropolitan region: Dorset Rehabilitation Centre, North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre, and The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre. Our programs have a reputation for high-quality patient-focused care, across a range of rehabilitation specialties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, timely interventions, and contribute towards the holistic discharge planning of patients.
- Participate in program/service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work.
- Eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Established time management skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is desirable.
A supportive team environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary package including estimated $95,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience and location.
