Job Overview

This role focuses on driving sales efforts and achieving revenue targets within allocated accounts.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' needs by proposing fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client priorities to achieve assigned revenue and growth goals.
  • Act as an advisor on marketing, sales management, industry trends, and IQVIA product capabilities.
  • Anticipate client needs and develop proposed solutions to complex business issues.
  • Identify and pursue targeted new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Interface with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company to clients and vice versa in all sales-related activities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work towards maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of account management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and familiarity with IQVIA information solutions/services portfolio is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated strength in collaboration, fostering teamwork across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and process-driven work.
  • Business development experience and exceptional presentation skills to showcase solutions effectively.
