Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of key partnerships and drive sustained business expansion through strategic engagement, relationship building, and solutions-focused sales.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled and confident individual with a proven track record in client-facing roles, particularly in the fields of sales, business development, and account management.
About the Position- To identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers at local and international CROs and Pharma companies;
- To promote clinical trial services and build a funnel of prospective clients;
- To develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth;
- To contribute to marketing efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration;
- To represent the organization at industry events and conferences;
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a strong focus on client engagement and relationship building;
- Prior experience working with sponsors and CROs is highly desirable;
- A proven ability to perform all aspects of sales, from lead generation to closing deals;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a strategic thinking approach;
- A personable, customer-centric, and engaging individual who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment;
